Things To Know About Party at the Pines…

Location & Parking:

Location - Party at the Pines Summer Concert Series is located on the Whispering Pines Golf Course, 15630 Middle Road, in Meadville, PA 16335 (814) 333-2827.


Parking/Fees - Parking will be on both the clubhouse lot and on the 6 acre grass parcel located directly across the street from the Clubhouse. A $5 donation fee helps support both the Conneaut Lake Wrestling Club and the Crawford County Christian Academy who owns the parking lot real estate.


Handicap Accessibility - If you have a handicapped placard or are bringing someone with you that has significant mobility issues, you are welcome to park in the handicap area closest to our ticket area. We will have 2 shuttles for the 2024 season available to take you to the concert venue.


Free Motorcycle Parking - Pick up your wristbands at the Admission Tent and then head down Cotton road to our free Motorcycle designated parking area on a hard surface where you can watch the concert and keep an eye on your bike.

Gates - Open at 5:30 PM


Advanced Tickets & Season Pass Holders - There will be a designated line to receive your wristbands for those who pre-purchase their tickets to speed up your check in time! 


Purchasing Tickets - We encourage advance ticket purchasing to speed your check-in time. Tickets will be available the day of the concert for an additional $5 day of show fee. Concerts are rain or shine with no refunds.  


General Admission Tickets ($10/$15) - Bring your own chair or blanket, seating located behind the Preferred Seating.


Preferred Seating Tickets ($20/$25) - Bring your own chair or blanket, seating located directly behind the VIP Seating.


VIP Tickets ($30/$35) - Includes chairs, closest seating to the Stage, within access to VIP express bar line. New for 2024 is the ability to choose your seat when you make an online purchase.


Firepit Tickets ($40) - Includes chairs, a wood burning fire pit, choice of a s’mores kit, cooking forks, and fire tender to keep your fire burning. Seats for some fire pits will be sold individually but will be seated in groups of 8. Some of our firepits are sold in groups of 8-10 people. Located next to the VIP Seating. 


Refunds -  Tickets are non refundable as concerts are rain or shine. In the event of a complete wash out we will issue a credit for a future concert at our discretion.

Concert Bus Transportation

New for 2025 – We will have Concert Buse will swing by and pick up and take you to Party at the Pines and then at the end of the night it will drop you off.  Reservations only for groups of 8 or more, custom pick up location in service area,  call 814-333-2827 for pricing and availability. 

Party Tent Rental

2025 Rent one of our Party Tents.  Party in style with up to 20 friends for $1500.  Add up to 20 more guests for an additional $65 per person. Call 814-333-2827 for availability. 

Tent Rentals Include:

Getting to the Stage:

The Concert Venue is located on hole # 4 of Whispering Pines Golf Course, which is downhill from the Clubhouse. Handicap accessible parking will be located directly adjacent to the clubhouse. Any wheel chair bound individuals may be permitted access to on-site venue parking for $5. There will be 2 different free shuttles for the 2025 season to take you down to the concert venue and back upon completion of the concert. Tipping the shuttle drivers is always appreciated!


Walking - For those of you that like a little exercise, once you have received your wristbands, you may walk down the cart path to the concert venue. At the conclusion of the concert, we will turn on the hillside lights and walking path lights. We ask those walking to do so on the cart path. Please do not walk down Cotton Road, we do not want ANY pedestrians on the streets heading back up to the parking area when it’s dark for obvious safety reasons! There will be security officers directing pedestrians accordingly.


Shuttle - Those who would appreciate a ride down to the venue, there will be 2 shuttles parked right next to the Ticket Booth to take you down and then back at the conclusion of the concert. Tipping the shuttle driver is always appreciated!

General Information:

Women’s Restrooms – There are air conditioned private restroom facilities with water on on the west side (left hand side) of the stage, next to the sponsors tent, available for women only. 

Men/Women’s Restrooms – There will be independent port-potties located throughout the concert venue to use. 
 
Handicap Accessible Restrooms – There are handicap accessible restrooms attached to the air conditioned trailer and stand alone porta-potties located throughout the venue.                                                                      

Food & Drinks – Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Party at the Pines. However, there will be food and beverage vendors available on-site offering a variety of options to satisfy your cravings. You must be years or older to purchase alcoholic beverages.  

Family Friendly – Party at the Pines is an event open to all ages. Children 12 and under will be permitted FREE with a parent admission for General Admission or Preferred Seating. Children 12 and under will need to purchase a ticket for the VIP section. 
 
Pets – No pets are allowed on the concert venue. 
 

Weather – Rain or shine the concert will go on, unless we announce it in advanced. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the most up to date information. 

Fireworks – Will be displayed at every concert. They will be typically shot off between the final 2 musical sets and not at the end of the concert.
